I am happy to be a registered Hemp Sampling Agent for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture, since 2020!
Looking forward to supporting you & your field of dreams during harvest season!
Servicing all counties in PA.
Time & Travel Rates:
$20/hour travel time (from departing/arriving my house in New Castle, DE)
$.67/mile travel cost (tolls are additional)
$35/hour 2-hour admin time
$20 per sample/strain/lot
$40 s/h of package to lab (includes insurance for testing incase package is missing)
4x4 needed to sample? - $50 fee
Lab Rates:
$35/THC test sample (includes dry time/cost)
Other Info:
Payment for services will be estimated & calculated to be paid on the day of sampling service.
Cash payment preferred, but Check, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal Accepted.
If additional time and shipping costs are necessary, they will be billed after the sampling appt. for immediate payment.
A copy of the "Receipt for Sample" paperwork will be supplied on the day of the sampling appt.

- # of lots (strains) per farm/location
- your address or location nearby
I'll get you a quote for services upon your request.
After confirmation of moving forward, please send your permit & planting report,
at least 24 hours before the agreed upon sampling date of service.
These items have the following items I need to type up the paperwork, prior to the date of service.
- each lot/strains variety name
- size of each lot
- GPS coordinates
- permit number
- permit holder name, phone #, and email (and exact address, if not already given or different than the growing location)
-if permit holder will not be present at the date of service, the representative's name who will be
